Yummy Beef Pasta with Garlic Butter Gravy!
  • Beef, Steak, Beef Tips or whatever is on sale
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1-3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Water
  • ½ Tablespoon Flour
  • Bow Tie Pasta
  • Grated Parmesan to top
  1. Prepare pasta according to the package directions
  2. Heat saute pan over mid-high heat
  3. Once saute pan is steaming, add Olive Oil
  4. Brown beef on all sides
  5. Lower heat and add butter, garlic and thyme to taste
  6. Saute beef until tender and remove from pan, leaving drippings in the pan
  7. Add Flour and mix until there are no lumps
  8. Add Water, Butter and Worchestershire Sauce until you reach the desired gravy consistency
  9. *hint* Add additional flour for a thicker gravy and additional water for thinner gravy
  10. Combine sauce, pasta and beef and toss with grated parmesan to coat. Enjoy!
