Creamy Mashed Potatoes
  • 6 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes
  2. Place cubed potatoes in large pot
  3. Cover completely with water
  4. Bring water to a boil and boil for 15 to 20 minutes (or until potatoes are fork tender)
  5. Drain water completely
  6. Mash potatoes with fork or potato masher
  7. Add Butter and Heavy Whipping Cream
  8. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
